Despite a lot of screaming and holier-than-everyone hollering, Dan Savage's sitcom The Real O'Neals is a go for ABC this fall. The story of a good Catholic boy who tries to skirt around the issue of being gay before finally coming out to his family (sound familiar?), The Real O'Neals has a great cast, including Martha Plimpton and Jay R Ferguson, and looks legitimately funny.
