Driving in Pdx is frustrating these days, especially with the new changes to red lights.
Can anyone tell me when ODOT changed the laws and made it so red lights not longer mean stop? I ask because of I have noticed over the last few months that roughly 1, or 5, car(s) will cross an intersection AFTER the light turns red. I saw it happen three times this morning.
Did I miss an email or letter from ODOT about that? Was their an announcement on their Twitter account?
I know driving in Portland is hard, but why are so many drivers no longer following the law and stopping for red lights!? Can anyone answer this mystery?
