What is a reasonable tax rate for the government to provide necessary services? Does society require all of the services currently being provided by government agents? Why are taxes being reassigned as user fees?(i.e. fishing license, park pass, dmv tags)
How about an unfunded child fee? It's a choice.

I pay upwards of $200 per year in user fees.
It seems like alot. The government should get by on less. Maybe if they let people manage their own lives they would not require as much money.( i.e. health care, reproductive rights, education)
