I know this isn't a new idea, but goddamn, can we finally put toll booths on the Interstate Bridge? We need to get those people in Vancouver to kick in some money for all the inconvenience, time and pollution they cause us.
I would propose that a northern toll booth be open from 5am to 9am to catch them coming into town, and a southern booth be open from 3pm to 7pm to catch them leaving. If you've ever stood on one of the I-5 overpasses during rush hour counting license plates, you'll find that 80-90% are from Washington.
Seriously, why aren't we making these people pay?!
