I read a story in the local news about a Veteran Affairs clinical social worker charged with telling superiors one of her patients was going to kill her. Imagine, she put this person's life in danger,drank with him, and tried to withhold medicine from him.
There is much more, but this happened in our Veterans Clinic in SW Portland. I hope anyone who reads this will look this up for yourself. I hope this gets bigger coverage. The incident happened in June 2016. Way to go Veteran Affairs!
