As I warned you in this week's edition of I Love Television™, the not-so-scientifically-reliable Discovery Channel broadcasted Eaten Alive last night—which revolved around "a snake expert" being allegedly eaten alive by a Giant Anaconda to (ahem) "bring attention to the plight of the rain forest." (??) Yeah, I don't get it either.
ANYWAY, in a result that MAY shock you, host Paul Rosolie was not eaten alive at all... but was kind of squeezed for a bit, and then chickened out. So maybe a better title for this show would've been Squeezed for a Bit?
On the downside, Rosolie panics and asks to be pulled out way too soon. On the upside, you get to see an anaconda's tonsils and one of the researchers is super cute. Here's the money shot.
Don't worry guys, the snake felt like it wasted a few hours of its life, too. #EatenAlive
