YES. The rules DO apply to you. Why do you think there are multiple ads before and during the previews that tell moviegoers to turn off their cellphones, not to text during the film etc.
BUT NO. Not you. You proceeded to sit on space over from me in a mostly empty theatre and sit on your fucking cellphone the ENTIRE movie. The flash of your screen was distracting and I checked, all you were doing was on Facebook. Really?
