Imagine that a bunch of American d-bags started moving to Paris in droves. And the second they arrived they started wearing berets and saying "ooh-la-la!!" and carrying comically oversized baguettes. And, even more idiotically, were perpetually congratulating each other for being "So-o-o Paris!!"
That's what it's like being a Portlander these days.
